Ludovic de Saint Sernin offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain intimate apparel and made-to-order pieces may be excluded from our standard return policy due to hygiene and artisanal constraints.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
